I cannot kick my knee forward. I had a growth in my kneecap that had to be drilled out and removed a year ago. I just got an X-ray and it shows the bone is all grown back in. Now it is time to push myself a little harder knowing my kneecap cannot break now. Going to try this! Thanks for making this video!

Thanks ! Amazing the Surgeon post op..never suggested scar massage or finger excersises therapy. Three weeks later I am figuring it all out thanks to good posts on utube :):):) This is indeed useful hope it helps!
These are the same excercizes given to me by my physical therapist and they work! My rotator cuff pain went away and I didn't need surgery. Couple years later I felt my left shoulder pain creeping back. I just did these excercize again and pain gone. I continue to do these excercize at least 2 times a month so it doesn't come back.
Can you tell me why 'empty can' is not acceptable? My shoulder does gives me more irritation when I do the execise with the thumb pointing downward. Thanks.
Hello Doc, I have just been diagnosed with chondromalacia patella. I’m a squash player, and I live in Canada. I’m pretty active and maintain a healthy weight.. however, have not been able to do much since my knee started hurting some 7 weeks ago. It,s driving me nuts. My doctor has suggested physio, bracing, strength training and rest. My doctor suggested hyaluronic acid injection which I’m scheduled to get next week in her clinic, without ultrasound. I am scared of needles and would like to know your opinion if getting HA injection is the best course of action in my case. Prior to getting an MRI I was sent for an ultrasound. Ultrasound report showed a Baker’s Cyst on the back of my left knee. It was later aspirated under ultrasound and cortisone injection was given after aspiration. This procedure was done about 2 1/2 weeks ago.. My MRI report showed focal area of full thickness chondral delamination over an area that measures 11 into 6 mm. There is no subchondral fracture or subcondrol Edema. Menisci and ligaments normal. Do I need arthroscopy done to find the cause for Baker’s cyst or to get better idea of what’s going on? What would you recommend for treatment? Thank you!
I’m a 13 year old girl soccer player, and my doctor thinks that i have “jumper’s knee”. I went to the doctor the 17 of january last month and he told me to come back if i still have pain in my knee. I’m in pain everyday, and when i play soccer i feel so much pain. So i went to the doctor again yesterday, to be checked again. I’m really nervous, and he wanted me to go get an X-ray of my knee. So i went to the hospital about 09:30am today. We had faroese, and i just wanted to get away, bcs it was my turn to read, so i just asked my teacher if i could go now. I ran over to the hospital, and i got really much pain in my knee. So yesterday, when i was at the doctor’s office, i got really nervous bcs he looked so serious, and i just thinked about the worst, cancer. So when my doctor has seen my x-rays on tuesday, he’ll tell me if i’ll have to go see an orthopedic surgeon.
libya only. 10 i was at the doctor’s office on thursday, last week, and he wanted me to get an X-ray. So i got an X-ray friday morning, and i got the results today. All looks normal, but he want me to see an orthopedic surgeon. And i’m not allowed to play soccer🙄
Nice, after just mimicking the movements for a count of 10 while watching the video, my right shoulder (the one with the issue) already feels much better. I'm going to incorporate this into my routine when it's Tris, Pecs, and Delt day...thanks! Shoulders back, squeeze the blades and down...got it.
I played badminton too much(advanced level) and started to get pain in my right shoulder recently. I had an MRI last week for my right shoulder and doctor told me that I have full thickness Rotator cuff tear of 6mm and I have to undergo shoulder anthroscopic surgery for this. Can I do these exercises with my rotator cuff tear. Will these exercises work for me. Please let me know. I do not prefer to undergo Surgery.
Mercy. I must of hurt my right shoulder cause I can't even get to half way range of motion with these exercises and this never happened before 😥 and I dance so I need my arms for class
