These look excellent. I don't know if I have a tear or not without an MRI but the Dr. recommended physical therapy for strengthening the rotator cuff before an MRI. Are these the exercises I can do to save some money on actually going to a physical therapist?
I injured my shoulder (I think the rotator cuff) lifting weights. It has been several weeks. There is very little pain, so I think it is very minor, but I want to rehab it back to 100% so i can continue my workouts; it only hurts when I try to lift medium weight objects with it or when I do things like pec fly, bench press, or military press. So, I've stopped doing those. When I tried these exercises my shoulder pops at the top every time. There is only very slight discomfort performing 1 of the exercises. The inured one pops and the healthy one does not. Should I continue the exercises?
