How lucky for those of us who had the privilege of belonging to the generation of the great prodigious decade and the joy of reaching old age, an opportunity that many are denied and that even today, 70 years later, we are listening to this wonderful music that makes us remember and brings out the little pieces of boys that we all have inside. Im 69 and i was so privileged that i came in to this world at this time. Im damn near older than dirt. I lived through the most wonderful time in rock or any kind of music. Not everything was good but, my brothers black and white knew the music was fanfucking Great! All my caring to my brothers!

About to hit 70 and this music was always awesome. We were so lucky. It was all about the music for us and the only performance was the watching of the hands move on the strings.

Ma quanta buona musica, quanta aggregazione con tutti, giorni molto spensierati vissuti all'aria aperta con le ginocchia sbucciate, vestiti laceri,sporchi ma felici come non mai. bastava poco o niente per scatenare la fantasia ed inventare nuvi giochi sempre, perennemente, con queste musiche come sottofondo. non cambierei mai la mia gioventù con i giorni odierni.
