I was 11 in 1971. The 70's were my teens. We did it all. Best music of the century, wildest parties, great friends. What a time we had. Kids today are screwed.
I can remember Peter Frampton was big time a year or two later. Led Zeppelin, Van Halen were two bands we had cranking at our non stop summer garage parties. Some of those years were a fog Lol.
Always wondered how anyone couldn't like classic rock, doesn't matter I was a teen during the 70s I'd have loved it at any time. Far as I'm concerned the 70s was the best decade for music.

Same age. Saw Grand Funk Railroad in '82 in Bloomington, Mn where the Minnesota North Stars played before they became the Dallas Stars. It was a good show from what I remembered.
BRING back these days. I could only wish. These were the best times.in my life. Everything was easy going. And not expensive. And everyone was at peace with other. No cells phones no computers. No led tvs. We had 13 channels to choose from. And Everything was on TV. Free tv..no cable. Or cable bill. Today life is a bout money 💰
Love this era of real music! No 2 songs were alike, not like today. Most songs are talked or uttered. Music is similar, but no innovation. Glad I grew up with real and meaningful music.
The difference between rap and rock is that rap is more about the bars where rock meshes the music and bars together. Either genre will never die IMHO. I've been around when these songs came out.
I AM AN OLD ROCKER WHEN I WAS A TEENAGER I LISTENED MOSTLY PINK FLOYD AND BOB DYLAN HE IS MY MAN I AM GLAD THAT ROGER AND DAVID ARE STILL ACTIVE I WISH THEM AND MR DYLAN MANY MORE CREATIVE YEARS

Everyone has a soundtrack for their entire life. This soundtrack works like ‘The Time Tunnel’, and the Radio Tuner turns our days into a big musical to be lived, every moment. This is the importance of music in our lives and souls. It shouldn’t be different, no way. So, listen, let there be rock, rock your baby, and let’s put everything together and enjoy life to the fullest…
I'll never forget when I was in 5th grade and Crocodile Rock was the current hit, my buddy Donnie Thomas sang it like this: "The biggest kick I ever got was when Suzie kicked me in the butt". I can't listen to the song without singing that out loud.
A Gremlin...now that is child abuse. Lol. My sister had a Pinto that she had to floor to go highway speed. They had muscle cars back then but made some real duds too. American car builders went off track for a few years. We all had the Chevelle's, Firebirds, GTX, 442, Superbee, Challenger, Cuda, GTOs, Roadrunner, Plymouth Max wedge, .... Muscle cars were part of that era.
I enjoyed hearing "Angie" in all its Rolling Stones splendor. Listening to what each instrument did. Wyman, Keith, Jagger, Charlie, Taylor...I almost cried...The studio sound of "Angie" is spectacular. Perfect.
I'm 60 years old, so I'm no stranger to this music. My parents were young and they listened to music and danced in the living room. I love all music from the 50's to heavy metal of present. Always with the radio playing in the background. I love this conglomeration of 70's music. Brings me back to my childhood.😊

1973 was the year I was born. It's nice to know what music was playing at that time although I've always listened to and loved classic rock! Thanks for the upload.💜
