cool video. Do you have any suggestions how to add a Kogatana sheath to a standard saya, or an idea how to secure a Kogatana on such a saya that doesn't have a sheath for it?
I think I remember hearing on forged in fire that there is a way to know what metal your getting and carbon content by the sparks that come off a grinder. I could be entirely wrong or not remembering right 😅

sorry but the Darksaber appear 1st in Clone Wars series Pre Vizsla (leader of the Death Watch) was the owner and he lost it in a trial against Darth Maul the Saber And the lead of the Death Watch where the price(if i can say it like this) for the winner after that Darth Maul kill Duchess Satine towards Obi Wan Kenobi and at this moment Palpatine go to Mandalor the defeat Darth MAul and his bother Savage Opress BUT he did'nt kill Darth Maul,Palpatine use him for chaos ''Scarlet Dawn'' we can see the Darksaber in Rebel series ,Darth Maul was'nt leader of Scarlet Dawn anymore Palpatine was Emperor at this time and he(the emperor send Inquisitors to kill force user (Darth Maul included) Kaleb Doom (Kanan Jarus his fake name) survivor of the order 66 and his padawan Ezra Bridger where on Lothal in a temple to learn how to defeat inquisitor so Yoda tell to Ezra that he must find malakor Ezra did'nt know but Ahsoka Tano and Kaleb Doom both know that Malakor was a Sith planet once on this planet they see pillars and Ezra touch it and they fell and Ezra fell another time deeper than Kaleb and Ahsoka and this was the place where Ezra encounter Darth Maul (only called Maul at this time) and he use Ezra to get a Sith Holocron(datacron in SWTOR) and Maul also try to take Ezra as padawan after they kill the women inquisitor Maul send Ezra in the temple (a war machine in fact)to activate it mean while another inquisitor die and the last of the 3 flee but his saber was damaged so he could not stay in the air and fell in void right after that Maul try to kill Kaleb and Ahsoka ,Maul blind Kaleb (but wanted to kill him) the guard of Kaleb save his life but not his eyes Ahsoka fight against Maul go aways at a moment to let Kaleb finish the fight and he win against Maul but Maul did'nt die he fell too from the war machine but he still survive While Ezra was with Maul ,Ezra tell to Maul that his master also have an holocron but another kind Maul already know that if he could open both close enough alot of knowledge will be at his reach it was at this moment Maul decide to take Ezra as Apprentice (Ezra did'nt know yet) at the end in that Ezra discover that it was a war machine and did'nt want to use it and the machine said maybe the one that come will want that power (it was Darth Vader)Ezra try to fight him Vader destroy his saber and Ahsoka come and save Ezra from Vader and keep vader with her in the fight while Kaleb and Ezra removed the holocron from machine and they leave without Ahsoka (no winner in the fight) and sortly later Maul take Era Sindulla ,Sabin Wren,Garazeb Orelios and Chopper as hostages to have the 2 holocron and also wanted Ezra to open the Jedi one while he(Maul)open the Sith one at this moment they both see a part of what they wanted to know and after that Maul appear in some vision to Ezra and they both go to Dathomir to do a ritual that will fuse their mind to have their answer for what they want to know and ON Dathomir Sabin Wren take back the darksaber and finaly give it to Bo Katan Kryze (sister of Duchess Satine) and she lost it and Moff Gideon have it in Mandalorians ,,,,sorry for the long post but be accurate need sometime more than 1 sentence and here we have alot LOL and this was only for your title
