@@TopdonOfficial thanks but „It is not compatible with Android and Mac devices“ if i buy a USB C device it should be compatible with all devices, especially Mac, why should it not work on all apple devices? And if Android has no special certification requirements on the communication why not simply Programm the app that it uses the same communication as for iOS then it would be universal. Also i need a version with adjustable focus as i plan to use it for PCB inspection, guess i have to wait till someone makes a truly universal one or buy a standalone device :/ please forward to your sales or engineering teams, thanks
Currently TCM and ECM for GM global A are supported in this format. If you are an advanced user, many of the MCU and EEPROM chips can be read on other modules for cloning purposes.

The thermal camera is zoomed in a lot. Specs say it can capture image at 9mm. The view on my device is no way near 9mm. More like 70mm. Difficult for tight spaces.

Hello, the main differences between TC003 and TC001 Plus are: 1. TC003 is a 5 inch touchscreen thermal imager, TC001 Plus is app-controlled(Android) thermal imager. They both support working with pc software. 2. TC003 has 2-megapixel visible light camera for overlapping images, and temperature waveform graphing. The OTG function further expands the TC003's capabilities, enabling it to link to an endoscope for more specialized thermal work. TC001 Plus has a 1-megapixel visible light camera. 3. TC003 supports 4 imaging modes for thermal analysis: visible light, thermal imaging, thermal fusion (which blends 50% of the visible light image to provide a clearer view of the object), and outline fusion (ideal for objects with surface temperatures that are difficult to distinguish). TC001 Plus supports 2 imaging modes including thermal imaging and thermal fusion. Yes, they have the same measuing accuracy, measuing modes, FOV and other specs. TC003 doesn't have an LED light on its back.

Hello, the main difference between TC001 and TC001 Plus is TC001 Plus has an impressive 256 x 192 IR resolution and an additional 100W visible light lens, while TC001 has only the IR len. Our thermal imaging product features a short-focus lens that can accurately detect temperature differences on the surface of objects. To ensure precision, we recommend keeping the measurement distance within 0.25m. However, long-distance temperature differential measurements are also feasible in cases of significant temperature differences. For exterior wall testing, we advise not exceeding 5m. And the app-controlled thermal imagers and handheld products do the same job.

Hello， The working voltage of the Phoenix Lite3 VCI is 9~18V, so it doesn't support diagnosing 24V trucks. However, it does support some 12V light trucks such as VW CV and Sprinter. If you need a scanner for 24V heavy-duty vehicles, the Phoenix Smart and Max models can meet your needs.
I got the lite 2 about a year ago. It was my first bidirectional scanner. I usually work on my own cars and help friends and family. It really made a difference in diagnosing. But now a lite 3. I can’t afford it. But I want it. 😂
