Hi may I know do you mean the USB cable that could connect to TopScan's USB-C port? If yes, then it can be used to power the VCI by connecting a power source when there is no vehicle, and to perform operations such as Bluetooth binding and activation.

This video doesn't address the issue. It seems only professionals can have an AutoAuth account. This must surely flout EU competition laws?

Hello, the SGW security module is created by car manufacturers to prevent unauthorized diagnostics and security attacks, our devices have been authorzed by Autoauth, if you want to daignose newer FCA models, you can visit the autoauth webiste to register an account, please refer to this instruction to complete the process: www.topdon.com/pages/news-detail.html?id=1555435180439408640, in addition, the autoauth is only applicable in the US, Canada and Mexico. If you are in the Europe, please visit the Stellantis website to regsiter FCA account.
