Tatar ultranationalism would probably be Turanists. As in Turan. As in the conceptual empire consisting of all Turkic peoples. Except the Tatars would claim to be the closest descendants to the Gokturks and therefore only they could be rulers of Turan, so if Turkey tried it, the Tatar ultranationalists would be super pissed.

for the develope sunda focus you need to do the focus path while still a pupet because the guys on that list is dutch, basically the trade off is either have independence later and have extra free industry from the focus or have an earlier independence but has a bit less free industry. though being independent does remove alot of the consumer goods and factory to master debuff so you probably can reach the same factory count by the same time using either focus path

Ebola is around 50% death, the Bubonic Plague isn't that dangerous in our modern era, it's easily treatable with antibiotics. Even in the era of Hearts of Iron, they had the treatments for the Plague. So yes, please Plague save me from Ebola.
