That was an awesome first cook on the LS Pellet grill Kenneth! I think that is one of the best cookers out there. Brisket looks delicious as it should….it’s Wagyu! Cheers brother!
It looks like the dampers are up top besides the lid. They look half closed earlier in the cook and then fully open later. I was wondering the same thing but I’m guessing this was done to try and get more of that swirling air effect that barrel smokers have.
