The reason why Sukuna said that the hollow purple was off was because you doesn’t know how to use it right he might fired it, but he can’t do it like how Gojo did those two circles his hand that’s supposed to represent red and blue and they never collided, which means it wasn’t a full hollow purple
The worst thing that could happen is..... *Yuji ready to kill sukuna turns around in fear after hear a familiar voice* Hakari: Oi Yuuji... I leave the rest to you Uraume freezing and killing Hakari Sukuna jumps to Uraume in a last ditch effort Uraume: I welcome you in my lord Sukuna takes over Uraume
Really hated how unearned 1A’s friendship was, most of them were nothing characters until they suddenly became a hive mind of positivity with seemingly no free will when the plot demanded it. The WHOLE class bringing Deku back was so hollow because we barely see Deku bond with them, does Horikoshi think all classes IRL are like class 1A so no one has any need to earn each other’s friendships? What kind of classes did he grow up in, was he once part of a hive mind of everyone being friends with everyone by default? I was so annoyed last chapter too when the whole class just went after Ochaco, did Froppy just say GUYS I THINK OCHACO IS SAD, LET’S ALL GO CHEAR HER UP, WHAT’S GIVING SOMEONE SPACE, PRIVACY OR PRIVATE TALKING, NEVER HEARED OF IT, can you imagine how stupid it would be if they arrived earlier and cock blocked Izuku and Ochaco’s moment, dude horikoshi, what are you doing man
MHA'S ending to me is weird... the conclusions are great, the start is great, but the way it actually GETS to the conclusions is lacking. It feels like the status quo should have just continued, since nothing in the final fights comcluded differently than before. They reached out and then there was no reciprocation, which lead to the killing and re-jailing of the same villains. Not even ONE villain got redeemed or at least changed as a person and got to live. The words say otherwise, but thematically the heroes failed. And things get better anyways 😐
@@frustratedsquirrel True enough, but they were definitely the easiest to reform since none of their crimes were all that bad. Toga and Shiggy die despite all the stuff about reaching out to them. Dabi's conclusion I'd say I was pretty satisfied with, and Spinner gets a pretty good glimpse of a conclusion but that's really all. He says he'll write a book and we never see the benefit of that work.
@@doopdope2211I mean the issue is that Shigaraki was past the point of return. So I'd rather him die standing on business then get talk no jutsu'd and go to jail. Then people would have complained about that too. Deku wanted to save Shigaraki, people complained, Deku didn't save Shigaraki, people complained. lol I think it's not as much necessarily the outcome of the villains, as much as Hori needed more social commentary on it after to have lacked time of it to be rushed.
@@raec5426 I mean.. I don't entirely buy that, that's the thing. So much of Shigaraki's ideology is founded on the fact that he was warped by AFO and that he fell through the cracks. He wasn't incapable of consideration and showing humanity, he was good friends with Twice and Spinner over mundane, normal things. I feel like a chance to connect with that side of him was completely avoided when AFO took over Shiggy. Deku never really confronts Shigaraki, just his body being puppeted by AFO until the last 3 or so pages. It's disappointing bc it feels like even if Shiggy was "too far gone" Deku never got to see that for himself bc of AFO blocking us from having the themes addressed
When you realize the last 4 pages re-contextualize the previous 15 pages. The entire time, Yuji is just guiding Sukuna out of pity. The entire chapter is a giant flex. And the chapter adds small bits of characterization for Sukuna too
@@TY-wi1xl It did but in an unsatisfying manner imo. "Can you save those fall between the cracks in any given system?". MHA says no. Does it fully address Uraraka's theme of being open in transparent about ones true feelings? Not really because we get no further elaboration with a confession or some form of payoff regarding her relationship with Izuku. Oh and Heroes are still commercialized and flanderized as celebs in the timeskip for some weird reason. The ending was honestly kinda meh
@@atpr3241 its like the status quo stuck, many of the characters didn’t develop much, and somehow the world has a downturn in villainy despite not enough changing
Y’all do realize that the end of sukunas willing ark is the beginning of Megumis. He probably going to activate the merger. He doesn’t want to live. He didn’t want to come back when he first got him and we haven’t heard from him since.
I didn’t like the adaptation of jjk season 2 yuji got the least priority by the animators all his scenes were awkward asf , even the choso vs kenjaku scrap was better adapted than the mahito vs yuji 😂😂
I'm gonna call it now but that monk dude will get the last goal. They already foreshadowed him playing and that kiyora guy said he only helps the underdog. This way it makes isagi, kaiser, and rin if he scores tied and have them settle things in the world cup

yuji's bag is just too deep now. Shrine Soul dismantles Soul punches Blood manipulation RCT Simple domain Domain Expansion Black flash. Give him a week and he isn't losing to anyone.
People acting like Sukuna climbing the ladder was a brain rotted meme are, in my opinion, completely missing that Jacob's Ladder was always meant to be climbed by Sukuna and Yuji. As Ronin said, from the conception and implementation of the technique, it has been used as a ladder to the next stage of the narrative. Every single time. And I think what Ronin said about how cool it is that the Fallen One climbed the ladder to heaven, is not just a cool tidbit, it's the entire point. Sukuna has been building his tower of Babylon out of corpses, and he finally got too close to the sun. Jacob's Ladder never being able to reach it's full power is also the point and a compelling one at that (in my opinion). God is smiting Sukuna, something that obviously could kill him if God intended to, but God is filled with grace and mercy. The only way that Sukuna will ever truly receive the ultimate punishment is if some earthly force sends him to hell, or he tries to fight his way to Heaven and God has no choice but to remove the intruder. I don't write that to imply that God is an actual entity in the story, but looking at it through that lens makes the whole Jacob's Ladder situation seem like a pretty decent narrative tool.
They didn't say anything explicitly though, that's what doesn't make it "clear as day". No one in the series said she died after Shibuya. Gojo mentioned Nanami for example and nothing outright was said about Nobara.
@@raec5426 yes but its so easy to interpret what megumi is saying it may as well be explicit. If nobara was alive, megumi would just fucking say she’s alive 😭 we are we pretending other works of fiction havent had characters do similar things to confirm tragic events, its only the jjk fans who have an issue with it
@@gloganggloryGege also could have easily had Megumi said she was dead then. lol Point is that he danced around her status more than any other character when he can openly talk about their death. He even had narration to say Gojo died, but somehow couldn't have anyone mention Nobara died in the story. So point is, no, he didn't make things "clear as day" when he danced around saying it. lol Even with the recent exhibition Q and A: For the part about Nobara in Shibuya, says "depart" and doesn't say "died". Yet says the 2 people in Geto's cult that got caught up in Jogo vs Sukuna "DIED". So he STILL danced around saying she "died" when he said it outright for 2 other background characters. lol The old main female lead can't even get a proper death confirmation if this is how her death is supposed to be written...
@@raec5426 jesus christ its like the confirmation is there but your purposely being obtuse. Interpreting depart as anything but DIED considering the context is genuinely where the fucking issue is 😭 the information is right in front of you but you refuse to acknowledge it Atp in the story, if nobara hasnt returned, its clear as day what Megumi meant. She’s dead. Especially after the little argument with Angel. Yall are just making a problem out of nothing 😭
I honestly have a ton of issues with this final arc: 1.Several character appeareances feel pointless: mainly miguel and angel who both accomplished nothing, plus Yuta in Gojos body who also doesn`t really accomplish anything besides hit Sukuna with a purple that lightly annoys him (I won`t include Larue because he techinically did save Ui Ui and freeze Sukuna so Yuji could hit him) 2.It doesn`t feel like Sukuna is strong because he only wins because of plot conveinience: -Kamutoke being given to him at just the right moment to save him from confiscation -Him being able to somehow develop the WCS despite it being based on Mahoragas adaptation to conveniently kill Gojo -Him somehow being to cut Yuta in his Domain despite his arms being occupied -Him using his domain again by making a binding vow(I`m assuming of it only lasting 99 seconds) and somehow using a different part of his brain, which is not how brains work, because you can`t just replace the different functions different parts have especially when its been stated that there is a barrier part of the brain -Maki just deciding to stab him in the heart and not the head -Sukuna being able to remove his time limitfor his domain, when I assumed it was a nescessety for him using it in the first place -Somehow just eating a purple and a jacobs ladder 3.Cliffhangers that lead to nothing: -Yuji stabbing Sukuna with the executionars sword -Yuta firing purple -Angels jacobs ladder -miguel appearing -Yuta using dismantle 4.The main characters plan just being stupid with so many better options, like: -Why not teleport Higuruma away after he gets the sword and wait for an opportune time like after Sukunas domain when Todo, who Sukuna couldn`t keep up with the switches of, was there -Teleport him away and then later use the recording of cursed speech(Yuta can just make one if inumaki is too weak) or use Larues technique 5.Just in general pointless things: -The Miguel flashback is pointless since he doesn`t do anything and it doesn`t even tell us why he joined Geto -Higuruma being hyped up to have potential similar to Gojo and then dying right after was stupid and he didn`t even accomplish anything -Kenjaku died in an incredibly anticlimactic way -Hakari should have just not been in this serious if Gege couldn`t figure out what to do with him but fight the side villain offscreen for fifteen years Overall the arc is still a 6/10 but I genuinly am getting tired of the sukuna fight It just feels like we`ve been doing the same thing for way too long now
The plans happened the way they did simply because it’s not only about defeating Sukuna but giving character conclusions to everyone as well. Of course if Gege wanted Sukuna to lose he would have. It is plot convenience he found ways to extend Sukuna’s life because he’s not just trying to write fights he’s also trying to end character arcs. Before you come for me, you are allowed to dislike what you want but you are saying all these things in hindsight because we know how things turned out. The characters making plans are not all knowing so yeah some plans will fail and some will only get them to the next level.
How is Sukuna only winning due to plot convenience? You could call everything that happened plot convenience up to this point going by your logic. He's winning because he's the most knowledgeable sorcerer when it comes to CE and we've seen it time and time again. How else is Gege supposed to show that Sukuna is the strongest sorcerer? Every time he does people like you call it plot armor 😂
