This channel is about cooking, grilling, and smoking all kinds of regular food for regular people. It grew from friends asking for advice on how I cook the things they have come to love when we entertain, or from the many social media posts to which they respond.

I have no formal training, and definitely no Michelin stars, and have made many mistakes along the way, but that's part of the fun of learning about food! I'll be sharing recipes I grew up with, methods for cooking food I like, and discovering new twists on food with every video.
