Chompers has got to be the sorriest captain I have ever seen, cant lead, cant inspire his crew cant even catch any damn fish, his literal only job. pathetic.
It's not amazing. I'm a former Alaskan fisherman. The hunt for the BIG money will put you in minute by minute death challenges. You live on the edge, and blow your money like your in the nba
I know this is a really late comment, but would it be impssible for the men to work in their survival suits, in case they do fall overboard? Sad that these guys die by doing what they love. May they RIP.
It's interesting to see the Saga during Opilio considering (1) Deckboss Vincent Shavender wound up being a captain of the Lucky Lady the following King Crab season (during the official Deadliest Catch first season), (2) Kevin joined him as deckhand, and (3) Kevin became "Kado" and became a deckhand on the Ramblin' Rose with Elliot Neese...who eventually captained the Saga.
Schoolhouse Rock simplifies a lot. It's good enough, and not as "wrong" as it could be. A bill CAN be debated heavily in Congress, written in the house and passed in the senate, and passed by a president who could have just as easily vetoed it for good. However, congress might pass a bill without all its members reading it thoroughly. The Senate can start a bill and get it passed by the House. And the Senate has filibuster power. If the whole congress, or 2/3 of each house say yes, they can rebuff the president who says no in a veto override. And the President and his (or her, or their, but we haven't had either yet) cabinet can pass presidential memorandums, which are respected as law, without the Congress's involvement. The bill doesn't stop being bill once it becomes law. The law itself is often codified. In other words, the bill specifies what to add, change, or delete within the United States Code. The individual "Slip laws" are still called bills.
