I already knew all your blades were handmade, so I didn't question the price... but now that I see the worksmanship behind the blades, I feel like the price is too low. LMAO I gotta pick one up soon.
Most their swords are trash to handle, the two bit bjorn, legionnaire and the 2 sabers and sharkalope and maybe the spit are the only thing other than regular knives they do right. If you want a real indestructible katana worth using go check out the Cloud Steel Works one
I had this sword of theirs, it handles like a crowbar, the handle is way too long, and it just has a tsuba but for all intents and functionality it is a machete. It is near indestructible though and the sheathe is amazing
@@BackyardKnifeDude They make their swords with super long handles to try and balance the blade and the blades tend to be shorter due to thickness but if you are have short arms this handle will just hit you in the chest all the time if you use it like a katana and not some sort of weird cleaver-which is ironic because the Reaper was one of the few things they did well
I dig the use of the "purse" clips for keeping shit tight while you drilled the rivet holes. I always just relied on it sticking together after taking it out of the press. The only thing I don't miss about this process was being covered in kydex dust. Even wearing a hooded zip up coverall and my ZT hoodie underneath that tightened up over the top of my full face respirator I'd somehow have kydex inside the coverall after grinding a batch of sheaths. You're kicking ass Clay!
