Hello, usually hindi na po sticky yung aalisin na skates so it would cause problems din. Using double sided tape might be helpful but wont be the best solution for the skates.
Great video. Convinced me to try these switches out but my results are not the same. Most of the switches I have makes a popping noise from the leaf. Tried lubing the leaf, then used the much thicker dielectric grease on the front & back of the leaf. Out of 100, 34 are quiet while the rest has that pop sound. Hello! So far, my sister has been using this keyboard for work and it sounds like it may need some relubing and tuning of the stabs. The switches still feel and sound good. So overall, still a good sounding keeb apart from the need to retune and relube the stabs.
I'm not sure what temperature my soldering iron can reach but all I know is that it is rated at 40W. I might suggest you get a higher rated one as I experienced difficulties with melting the solder leads.
Hello! Yes, they are cherry profile keycaps. I didn't really notice any interference but I still used o-rings to add height to the keycap stem and it made my keeb sound better overall.
No, it is flush against the PCB. I have not tried other switches on it other than the Gateron Black SMD, Durock Sunflower T1, and Gazzew U4s RGB. No issues using those switches on this keyboard.

TBH the Keychron K6 is a pretty decent keyboard, and the aluminum frame looks stunning. But for me, it would come down to your need of Mac compatibility and budget. If it were me, I'd still choose the B68 as I'm fine with the plastic case and don't really need the Mac compatibility and I'll just use the extra budget to buy myself a good keycap set or try out other switches.

Hello! Sorry for the late reply. If I'm not mistaken, the Everglide Panda V3 is the clear housing and stem version. I haven't tried both stabs yet but the one I'm using in this video is a good stabilizer too.
I already like how it sounded that's why I didn't try to do the holee mod. I think I had a little bit of interference, it wasn't too noticeable but I still added some inserts which resulted in my keeb sounding a little bit deeper.
I've had that issue before too. The Kailh GM Reds feel just a little bit harder to press that the stock Omron switch. If you want to mitigate this problem, try checking out the specs of the switch you're gonna get making sure that the actuation force is greater than the stock switch.
Hello! When you did the o-ring mod, did it cause any problems with the usb port? I noticed that the hole the usb port sits in is very tight and I wanted to know of you had to file it :>
After doing the o-ring mod, the type-c socket was still within reasonable margin of the case cut-out so I didn't need to file it. But recently I tried adding tape mod using 2 layers of masking tape and that led to problems with the type-c.
