This was the last festival I enjoyed with my beloved SIS N Law , TATA, an Aibonito native, Unfortunately she passed a couple of months later unexpectedly. This was her favorite event every year. This year, 2024, it's going to be a bitter sweet event for the entire family, she will be there in Spirit with us ALL. Thank you for the post of the 2023 FDLF.
Hi! You can take them in the accessible trails in el Portal Visitor Center. The other trails would be impossible due to stairs and uneven terrain. You could maybe attempt taking a stroller to Angelito Trail, but it would be difficult.
@@natalieandgabriel thank you for the quick response.. we have a 3 yr old so its hard to carry him and he gets tired pretty easily walking 🥴 sigh !! Also curious to know if u did the bioluminescent tour ? I see there is age limit for those tours
Hi! Check out our video kid friendly things in Puerto Rico. I have heard the biobay in la Parguera has boats, so that would be the best one to do with a toddler. As far as I know, the other biobays are all kayak
Thank you so much for this! We are coming with 3 toddlers and our last destination was a bit tough on them, so we wanted to focus more on their activities this time.
Thank you for your comment! Wow travelling with 3 toddlers is a feat! So glad our video helped. Check out Guanica and Cabo Rojo as destinations - lots of calm beaches with white sand for them to play all day 💓
My husband and I just booked our first trip to Puerto Rico, I have been searching videos on the island and I have to say, this has been the best one by far..Thank you so much for sharing, very informative!!
really great content! thank you! any suggestions on shopping? I want to find beautiful jewelry, 3 kings, art. I'd love something off the beaten path.. not just souvenir shops. would love to see you share that!
Hi! There are a lot of hotels to choose from in Aguadilla and San Juan. For a swimmable beach in San Juan the best hotel is Caribe Hilton. There are also some nice airbnbs in el Yunque. We live here so we actually haven’t stayed in that many hotels!
@@natalieandgabriel thank you. The last time I stayed at the Caribe Hilton was over 10 yrs ago. My family mostly lives in Bayamon. In the past I have stayed in Isla Verde, by the airport, because it is by the beach, but I could get to San Juan and Bayamon easily. I’m just debating whether I should do something different explore and the island.
I can’t tell you how many videos I’ve watched before this doing research on PR and NONE of them said how long it would take to hike the forest. THANK YOU 😭 BRB going to finish the rest of the video 🫶🏽
Hi!! Thanks for your comment 💞 We are so glad our video could help you plan! We try to provide as much useful practical info as we can. Hope you have an amazing time in Puerto Rico!!
😆😆 ¡Gracias por tu comentario! ¡Es que Puerto Rico tiene tantos lugares especiales, es imposible conocer todos! ¿Cuál es tu lugar favorito en Puerto Rico?
Love it! Great job, guys! Vesper is such a sweet babe! I can't wait to finally see the sunflower farm. You guys gotta stop by Copa Marina too! Oh and BTW there is a much shorter trail to Fuerte Capron (only 20 minutes) just so you know.
Hi Cassie!! Thank you so much! Vesper is the sweetest! We hope to see you guys soon so you can meet her! And Yes, after the recording, we saw another trail (basically on the road) that its supposed to be shorter!
Love your videos!..Now, did you drive to all these destination on the west coast in one day or did you stay over night and then kept on driving? Thank you!
Hi, thanks so much for your comment! We recommend staying overnight if you go to the west coast. Check out our 5 day PR itinerary video for ideas on places to stay!
Great video!!! How did you travel with baby? We have a 1yr old that we will be traveling with. Do you need your own car seat? Are some of those hikes/beach trails stroller friendly?
Hi! We live here, so it was just roadtrips for us. Yes, you could either bring a car seat (most airlines let you check them for free) or you could rent one. There is a company in San Juan that rents baby stuff
