Hi and welcome to Roadtales! Today in our series of must visit beaches in puerto rico, we check out Poza las Mujeres and Cueva de las Golondrinas in Manati! A gorgeous natural reserve just 45 minutes from San Juan.
Poza de las mujeres is part of the Natural reserve of Hacienda la Esperanza in Manati.

A Poza is an enclosed beach protected by natural rock formation that act like a natural wave breaker.
Cueva de las golondrinas is a real hidden gem. The Crystalline waters and the rock formations are just astonishing. Just admiring this incredible place makes the whole hike worth it.

Great video! When we went the tide was higher so we couldn't explore in it as far, but the sunset was beautiful! Nice that there is better signage and parking too!
