@madpassion1 if you do decide to smoke again try micro dosing and take cbd with it. Or maybe try to take a long tolerance break or get some professional if you feel like it's an addiction
I been busy with nofap for a year and a half at the beginning it was a little placebo effect for me it didnt take away the anxiety at the end so if you have anxiety just go search for help and go into training by doing things you normally wouldnt do because of the anxiety nofap is only good if you are addicted and want to have a good sex relationship with somebody because porn aint realistic and go find something else that makes you happy

App is literally the opposite of online dating. You're constantly fighting some invisible force that hides your profile. Honest swiping is a waste of time, then if you swipe right on everybody you still get shadowbanned. I think a lot of women you get matched with are bots to keep you hooked. Tinder would be much more respectable if they just stopped with the free version & went full-time as a paid app. A true dating app would be decentralised & free and open source, non for profit that actually worked.
I created a new acc and got 3 matchs the same day which's alot compared to before (zero), not sure though if it worked or increasing my age from 19 to 24 was the reason.
I get matches every once in a while but there never high quality matches lol I start getting frustrated and start swiping right on everything and always match with trans people...
