When in the courtroom the other attorneys are "Mr Smith, Ms Jones or Counsel. The judge is always "Your Honor". Keep to the facts, keep emotions in check, say you don't know if you don't know. That's why when you can use the rulings of the supreme court in favor for your court case and your benefit then you need to do so and you are giving that right to do so. And whatever the supreme court rules on is supposed to become the supreme law of the land all judges thereof would have to submit to that ruling something like that I posted it word for word on Facebook just last night.
