Great Video. There is so much more EVERY AMERICAN should be studying on a regular basis.. At the founding of our country everyone was expected to be very very versed in all aspects of the law... If a person reads and learns 1 principle of law and looks up the legal definition of one of the words he doesn't understand each day. In 2 to 3 years it is amazing what the person will know. And they can do it in 15 to 30 min per day.. there is a great you tube video about the 100 constitutional cases every American should know

What about the pre-trial hearing to see what evidence has against you?

you have a right to face your accuser, how doyou do that if youdon't know who and see their affidavit of truth?

After your sentencing can you file a FOIA request with the police department and obtain all of the information on your case unredacted? Is there anything specific you should ask for that wouldnt otherwise be included? Is there any time limit where the information would no longer be available?

What are the country going to do for violating the right to due process and the right to a speedy trail NOW!! (Judicial shutdown). It's okay for the country to violate right but a citizen can't?? Especially the involuntary charges. They were accidents and were reprimanded and punish but again the country can. Sad country we live in..

Say you were pulled over for dui, had a registered unloaded firearm in the car that they found after the inventory search because the car got towed, kept the gun and gave you an invitory receipt for said gun. Let a friend pick you up and only specified the dui charges on the ticket you received. Then 5 months later you get the arraignment notice and it has drug charges, transporting charges, loaded firearm charges, and the original dui charge?

So I am being falsely accused of a felony ... I did not do it. My friend passed away and her power of attorney is who made this up even filing police reports with county. I was not arrested so at first appearance I got booked and released on 20k o.r. they would not allow me to see report. At prelim the pub defender office entered not guilty waived preliminary and requested jury trial. Set trial for October 21. This complaint is from may of 18. Filed june of 19 and my friend its regarding died in oct of 18..otherwise she would clear it up. The power of attorney made herself that position in may. And I had zero contact from that day on. She is trying to say i financially exploited my friend against her knowledge because my friend sent me to do everything... including but not limited to paying bills. The complaint says i was caregiver for 3 months. Not true. We were friends that used drugs together. Lived together for over a year. My friend was even taking court ordered drug tests to get son back and failing everyone of them. I was not her caregiver... her bank records for last 10 years will show she spent her money same year after year. In fact from October 2017 to march 2018 we relied on my income solely because her money ran out. She got a yearly inheritance.. I am scared we cant obtain any proof because she is no longer alive. In may if 2018 the lady poa also attempted restrain order against me. I did not get served until aug of 2018 when I got clean. The judge did not grant the OP. I am so glad because I would not have been allowed to visit before my friend passed. I have been in recovery for 13 months

What is a status conference ? On the paperwork there was an arraignment then a status conference then will be a pre-arraignment ?

I am dealing with a public defender I believe altered or created a witness interview document. Now the public defender is covering his actions. I am now going to higher a private investigator to interview the key witness to expose my innocence and the public defender as a prosecutor for the criminal legal system. My question is do I have to declare that I will defend myself before I engage the private investigator?

And while your in jail,the first couple days, someone at your residence opened the trunk of your car and received it, took a picture of it and sent it to the police department and then they came out with a warrant and retrieved it? can it be used against someone in court ? If someone was arrested on felony accusations and went in front of a magistrate and was released on bail and the charges were sent to the grand jury and that person was indicted, will that person have to go in front of the judge to enter their plea? If so, how soon after being indicted would (or should) that happen? Is 2 years to long if the case is still pending since they were indicted and haven’t seen the judge to enter their plea?
