Beautiful day out and Grasmere is such a pretty little town. Getting there early was a really good idea, I don't think I've ever seen a town in the Lake District so empty!
Yes it was pretty awesome to be able to wander without the crowds, especially around some of the major tourist parts, like the grave and the gingerbread shop.

Hello Nettie another excellent tour! Enjoyed the stories and history even the cemeteries are beautiful in this area. OK I have it on my list of places not to miss I cant believe you compared the Gingerbread to Gideons OH my we will not miss that sounds delicious! You found a chair William sat in nice finale!! Your always so fun to listen to and the filming and editing is superb!

Such a peaceful stroll through Grassmere! The history and scenery were fascinating, especially the churchyard and Wordsworth's connection. Gingerbread sounds delicious - maybe I'll try baking a batch at home. Thanks for the inspiration!
It's a beautiful day for day trip, Grasmere is wonderful for tourists, William Wordsworth is a famous poet, enjoyed the charming town, thank for sharing🙏🙏👍👍💯💯

Yay Grasmere we have so many fond memories of this lovely little village! We need to give you the /// w3w for free parking in Grasmere in fact where ever you plan to go drop us a DM for free parking advice 😂 Grasmere gingerbread is the best might have to order some for Christmas! It’s such a gorgeous little village! You were lucky with the weather! Nice church bells to ‘Morning has broken’ lovely drive into the evening! Thanks Nettie have a lovely weekend ❤
Grasmere looks absolutely beautiful! I love the look of the shops - so quaint and cute little cottages.I would love to check out the chocolate one hehe. The tea gardens would be up my alley too! Wow the 14th century for the church! Incredible, and it looks so lovely too. Those are some old grave sites too! The grass in the UK is always so beautifully green and vibrant! Cute play areas and parks. Very cool that William Wordsworth sat in that very chair by the fire! The food looks really good! Fantastic video as always Nettie :)
