Aloha! First of all... Welcome to my channel Follow me as I vlog through my life from a little island in the Pacific.... Oahu... I will be working on cooking, food reviews, product reviews, diy projects, and my family. Making videos has helped me to face my fears of the camera. I've also learned patience working on projects with my elderly mother... thank you everyone....

Lol, I bought one of these years ago and never took it out of the box. I was wondering if I could do KBBQ on it for the 4th and it looks like it can! I'm going to give it a try.
I have seen people using these mushrooms with other recipes and they rinse them before using them, but that doesn't make sense because it won't be slimy anymore
Natto is so freaking good! I will say it’s an acquired taste and the first time I tried it, I didn’t like it. I gave it a second try like 2 weeks after and I’ve been hooked ever since😂. It has lots of benefits for women too.
I enjoyed your demonstration of making takoyaki. I hope to master this skill and maybe do this at parties. I want to make them without octopus, and dessert ones w red bean paste inside.
🌺 Aloha Niki, it’s so nice to see you traveling with Shinichi and Satoshi. Sakura blossoms are so pretty. Mahalo for taking us along for the ride. Mom is always enjoying her time with Shinichi no matter walking around or on the wheel chair. She’s so happy! It’s so pretty to see the 🌸 Sakura flowers. Yes, it would be so nice to have this in Hawai’i. Enjoy yourself with your brother and with Satoshi. Aloha and A hui hou! 🤙🏽🥰
I really enjoyed the sushi video. Nice to see your family together. I have a sushi question. What do you do if the sushi is so big, that you can’t eat it in one bite? What is the polite way to eat it. I often end up with a real mess, if the sushi is huge and I try to eat it in two bites. ❤
Thank you for taking along on your sakura adventures Niki. We were lucky to go to that park too and see some sakura! Mom looked cold and always good to see Shinichi and Satoshi! Mahalo 🤙🏽😊
LOL I laughed so hard when you drank the amazake for the first time. I recenrly reacted the same way but if you keep drinking it, you get used to the flavor and it starts tasting refreshing 😂
There may be a simple explanation regarding why you can drink milk in Japan, not in the U.S. In the U.S., they use chemicals in the feed and to remove fat from the milk. Japan, on the other hand, keep things natural. Granted, I could be wrong. However, I did notice that Japan does things differently with food.
