This store bought SOBA tastes as good as a restaurant

With all the prices on the rise in the the restaurant industry. We are all trying to find ways to save a buck.
My mom and I love this soba, you can eat it cold with natto, yamaimo or simple dipping soup. You can also prepare your soba Hot. I take the cold soba to work for lunch, you can add toppings like blanched spinach, green onions, tempura flakes..tempura!
Today we bought Japanese Style noodle w/o soup. Katokichi Nihon Soba 3 pk.
you can buy 3 or 5 pk . I highly recommend you try a brand that is made in Japan... just saying
You can buy prepared soba soup. Below I have two types you can purchase from Amazon. You may have to dilute the sauce. Please read the bottle for directions. You can also use the sauce for other things.. tempura dipping sauce, nabemomo & fried rice..... yes... fried rice.. Mahalo!!
