Hey, I started doing your classes more often and really enjoy it, just have one request the pace at which you flow is a little too fast to catch up. I have to slow it down to x75. But all an all really good classes Thankyou ❤
Dear Lauren, thank you very much for this practice, which I chose today so that I am able to move through the third day with a migraine. The slow pace and simplicity allowed to close the eyes nearly all of the time. That was very healing. Thank you and maybe more of this!♥️
