Hi, if anyone else gets a D03 error like I did on a multihead, go to the head 1 and rotate the dial (it's got these two big screws on either side of it) on the right inner side near the needle bar so its vertical, turn off and on the machine. Then it should work. If this isn't enough, turn all heads on and go to the "Manual" page and keep pressing the pin in/out button, make sure it can go in and out on each head. Then do a manual color change, this is what fixed it for me... 😁
Hi sir to solve board of the embroidery machine “Barudan” there is a two bottoms we have to click it together for settings of needles To change from 8 needles to 5 needles, l have to go to the settings. First, there are two buttons that must be pressed continuously. The first is the power button, and there is another button. Or two buttons I would like to contact with you if it possible I lost this way do you know it I can upload a video to my channel if I want more clarification to help me please Thank you.
I changed the waffle washer, now it won't tighten back up.... tried with new screw....& new knife, It just won't catch... it wont tighten, please help! around the 2 min mark..
This morning at work I went to turn on our Barudan single head, and as usual the origin thing prompts on the screen. I hit the button, and the pantograph slides all the way to the back and gets stuck and won’t move forward on it’s own. No settings were changed last time it was on. Tried restarting and unplugging it, keeps doing the same thing. Google is useless for troubleshooting this. Do you have any suggestions???? Thank you in advance!
I went through all the steps here in your video, but now, when it starts to run its like the driver isnt getting held out to stay in contact with the needle bars? there is good tension from the spring any ideas?
@@kirkbrooks101 the needle driver works smoothly, i did have a pin tension issue it was a bent shim i replaced it with the ones Barudan sent me and it worked smoothly. ill have to look into again put a new spring in as well
@@kirkbrooks101 yea i could see that since they went to the S style head alot more plastic in here for sure thabks for the help Sir. Hopeing to get down time in production to finish this
Any suggestions as to why I keep getting d12 error and the trimmer slider keeps getting stuck in the down position? Ive tried loosening tension and the trimmer slider seems to move just fine when i manually move it down. could it be that it is dull and needs to be replaced?
Thanks for the video. I have done this many times. Today while trying to realign the cutter, once I tighten the screw in the back, the lever still moves freely. Any suggestions?
If the black lever still moves front to back you will have to remove the cover that covers the black lever and you will see another screw that will have to be tightened similar to the one in this video
Could some one help me please I have a innovis. V3 embroidery machine I have some designs on a USB stick and I think I might have deleted a design by accident from the stick using the machine have I lost it for good now or can I retrieve it I'm new to this as you can tell
Do you need to change needle plate? How’s the reliability in terms of color change, no needle and main axis error? I’m deciding between ZSK and Barudan. Thanks for any feedback.
There are no needle plate changes. Typically Barudan is the most expensive out there, but you get what you pay for. If you are an experienced operator you should not have any problems all for a minimum of 5 years. Settings and parts will eventually begin to fail and I recommend having a tech go through it at that time so long as you have been cleaning and oiling on a regular basis. You will never go wrong with buying a barudan!
First thanks a lot for making this videos, even that I don't own a Barudan, they are great, since there isn't to much videos from a real customer like this one. I wish I could found your videos before I purchased my machine ...ouch! ...just problems since day one, and not problems related to embroidery work, like needles/threads beaks ...etc ...but machines problems. ...so I'm selling it! ...just to save some $$$ ...it has become more expensive, than getting a Tajima or Barudan! Are you using the new Barudan XL2 - BEXT-S901CAII? How do you liked? How reliable is in this machine problems? 1. how often you get main axis (shaft) problems? 2. how often you get color changes problems? 3. how often you get no needle problems sensor? 4. take up lever problems? 5. Does it's really cap friendly? (So far on my research it's at the top) How the maintenance: easy? Can you change the volume of the beeping sound? How big is the shipping crate? Please, I looking forward to your honest feedback, since I'll be seeing them on Friday Sep 7 at the ISS Show in Orlando. Thanks in advance for your help.
Barudan is the best machine out there, and typically the most expensive. They are the best at doing hats for sure. You will not have any of the problems that you say you had with your current machine. I tell people that if you don't smash a hoop everyday, keep it oiled and clean, you should not have to see a tech for up to 5 years. Unfortunately the beep volume cannot be changed. If you talked with Bob at the Orlando show you got good honest information! Good luck
