AP Builds came about whilst working on a flip car with a friend who suggested the idea as he enjoyed watching the likes of Goonzquad, Vtuned and Samcrac.
I am a Volkswagen fanatic through and through with passion for everything VW. My first Volkswagen was a 1999 MKIV Golf which I have performed plenty of modifications including interior swap, engine swap and so forth. This is where I was bitten by the VW bug, and I haven't looked back!
For this channel I had the idea of making content where people less mechanically minded people could learn how to repair their own cars as I have in the past using RU-vid.
My dream is to have my own shop to show my channel further, give back to the community and help out like minded enthusiasts.

Am having a problem with my jetta 4 when i break the vibration occurs mostly on the left side did suspension repairs everything is new but that vibration still there i feel it on the steering wheel and my front tyres are getting worn out is it possible that it could be gear box mount?
Could possibly be either wheel bearing or brakes being worn/warped? In regards to your tyres, I'd recommend a wheel alignment. They would be able to let you know if anything out of alignment.
Are these xenon reps ? I wanna see the light output at night, because i have some reps from ebay with h7 leds in them but they are not as good as original xenons so maybe i want to fit some h7 xenon bulbs in mine
Sweet mate, if you want to get plastic to stick really well, you lay on some fine salt as the "cement" then pour over the super glue. It will bond together really tough. The is a product off the shelf called "Q-bond" this just replicates that.
Looks great. How well did the headlights work? Unfortunately i just sold my Bora. I moved and couldn't keep two cars, but the Passat wagon is a cool car as well 😊 10:55
i cant find the plate for the camm in europe can you help me pleas and i have the aqp motor 2.8 it is diferent of bde and i dont know what chain buy can you help pleassss
If you have wound the collar all the way down then it should be at its lowest point. 4" doesn't seem right. Feel free to pm me on insta with some pics. I ended up just taking the adjuster out the back of the R32 and I just have the spring now
Scrubbed up alright for a 22 year old car! Can't wait to cut/polish the paint so it pops 👌 I do have a set of bora sports but I'm liking the aristos atm
Stateside here, just finished up my 2.5” turbo back on my 03’ Jetta Wagon. Kit I bought was spot on. Instructions say trimming WILL be necessary on the downpipe depending on application. Mine being a wagon figured no trimming but nope, had to trim a good 12” from downpipe. Fit perfect. Got mine from KermaTDi here in the states. I say get the correct downpipe. You’re doing all the work, do it right for best flow. Initial reaction tonight was oh wow, can hear the turbo a bit more. Seat of the pants says faster but you know how that goes. Mine’s already got Stage IV Malone tune, injectors, VNT17. Next up is PD150 intake and a retune from a fella from the East coast, says can run way better and cleaner.
Technically yes, being the V5 box has the same bell housing as the V6 box but I'd say the gear ratios will be different and possibly the driveshaft cups could be different as I've never personally checked both.
Question. I've have a vw jetta 2.0 AVH 115 HP. Once I check an oil in motor and saw that the oil became more liquid. Gasoline got into it because the injector was pouring a lot of fuel. Tell me, is it possible to operate such a car?
Always watching even got myself a same colour 1999 bora 2.0L when you picked up silver one hahaha how did you remove front pillars off im just going to stick fabric back down
Well unfortunately the R32s are not as common as other countries so there's not a great variety of exhausts/parts that come up for sale. I'll definitely look into getting another centre pipe made up with no res...
I import an AUE bora V6 4mo to Canada and watching these has brought me back to realizing how many things are different compared to Bxx VR's. The video is awesome and is going the help me greatly in doing my chains over the next month. Made it to 240,xxx KM before I started to hear them. Anyways thanks! Only video on this i could find
Nice to see one saved from the brink! They sold THOUSANDS of them here in the UK but it’s quite rare for me to see one now, still a fair few PD MK4 Golfs around but they’re thinning out quite a bit too. They all just get abused these days, death maps, popcorn limiters, tinted lights and shit Audi rep wheels. Worth noting on the oil, I’m not sure if you were aware but there are special oils for PD engines which are required or you can damage the cam, PD130s and 150s are known for cam wear here. If the turbo is on its way out, a GT1752 is a nice upgrade, I fitted one to mine when the original started getting tired at 240k miles and it’s great! Power comes in a little later, around 1800rpm but it doesn’t run out of steam at higher RPM any more and pulls willingly all the way to the limiter
Hey mate! Very disappointing to hear there's not many left! Reason why I wanted to save it as we have maybe 3 here in total! The oil is specified for the PD motor, I had to ask a mate who has a PD130 Golf. Definitely don't want to make any easy mistakes like that 🤣 A turbo upgrade would be cool but hoping the original one is sweet for now as I want to get it on the road and driving. I'll have a few goodies to put on to make it look more unique. Also, I a popcorn turn is a but much haha
