Notion can do everything Trello can do but much more... and that's the problem. For many, it's a trap because they spend more time customizing and designing than working on projects.
They can be synced, for sure, using a third-party tool like Zapier. If you are looking for a time tracking sync, it looks like there is a power-up called QuickBooks Time Tracking, but both of these options are likely to come with added cost (not from Trello, but from the other tool)
I finally started posting on my Instagram again with less than perfect photos - but I'm making sales! If I let my perfectionism about photos hold me back my business won't grow. I am learning taking a few minutes to post online - it can have an impact on my business. I've also started taking about 30 minutes every morning reading & journaling & it has been life changing! It has become a non-negotiable for my day :) I love Mel Robbins too
@jenwaiterealestate Amazing!!! I'm always so impressed with business owners who can make IG work for them! I ❤️ that you are reading and journaling, too! What are you reading?
I don't care what a business thinks, I care about the price. If you can have the lowest price you have a sale. Otherwise its about proximity and convenience. A business especially if its large has no morals or beliefs, its not a person. It all a lie. Make your prices low and your goods convenient and you'll make a lot of money like Wallmart.
@elizabetha7397 That's certainly true! In his book, The Infinite Game, Simon Sinek speaks of large corporations such as Walmart. Their beliefs, or values, are exactly what you say, making shopping convenient with low prices... which you have clearly picked up on. You also share those values, which is why you shop there. In many cases, though, people are willing to pay a little more or even go farther out of their way to shop their values.
Great question! I'm not sure. I don't work for the company, just sharing what I learned. I suggest you reach out to Angetube support directly to get that information!
Very true. I have a whopping three clients. But I've had relationships with each of them for years and we care about each other very much. They are all on recurring contracts because we know each other, what each does well and I know how best to serve them. They are willing to pay a lot because they trust me and know my work. Another organization just reached out a couple days ago because they have a relationship with one of the organizations I work with. Everything is based on relationships.
Thanks, Kelly. Just found your channel a day or two ago. I appreciate all your hard work. Great stuff. Freelance writer and editor here. I'm with you on this. While this probably would work for others (there's some good stuff here), this is just too much for me. I'm a big Trello fan (although I also use or have used Asana, Teamwork, Basecamp, Slack, Redbooth and others through clients or former employers). I'm going to stick with Trello as much as possible.
I have been using Creately for more than 2 years now, It is quite cool. It seems kinda user friendly. I also have used Asana, and Slack. Than Asana I think Creately has better diagramming feature, and it helps my team to work collaboratively. I would say just why dont you give a try?
That's always a tough decision! Good for you, being brave enough to do it! Are you planning to start a different business instead, or go back into the job market?
@@KellyLGabel The full 21 seconds? Yes, three times now. Does it make me want to visit your channel to find a full video of whatever this is? Not really
@cortneybrown2257 No, I meant the Related video that shows the full tutorial, but if you aren't interested in the tutorial, then there's no need to go watch it 😉
I've used Canva Pro for video editing 1 hour videos. . You can no longer split videos without the timing going off, if you hide the split parts, it plays them anyway. It repeats clips in different spots. So if your making thumbnails and pretty pictures then there's no issue. If you are a professional content creator it's time to move on.
That must be frustrating. I edit my videos in Descript, so I haven't been using Canva for that for a while now, but I can see how that would be a deal breaker for you!
No issues here either! The new Teams pricing was definitely a surprise, but honestly, I’ll be just as happy downsizing to a Pro account. Not having a Teams account won’t be to much of a bother.
See?! This I love to see, someone who doesn't immediately freak out over change! You probably had a freak out moment, but then you looked at it rationally!
I totally hear you!! I felt the same way for a long time... drowning trying to keep up. I have a full-time job in addition to my business, so I had to create a system for myself. I'm not sure if you watched the full video tied to this short, but it gives you a peek into how I do it, but first, I had to work out the strategy. I have a video about that, too. You can watch it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ef8pyTGjvvQ.htmlsi=vnFi2x3yWk5NNjwX Tell me more about your brand!
Ya, me neither! I needed the functionality for a project I was working on for my husband, and I discovered some videos, but they were explained in such a complicated way! Once I figured out it wasn't that complex, I had to do a simple tutorial!
Hi ! Didn’t know youtube was limited on time for shorts, but I guess ‘hint the word short’ 😊 i am nee to highlights on IG. 1- When I add one, the content is also added to my bio picture in upper left….why? How do I fix this? 2- how do I add more content to existing highlights ? 3- is it better to do highlights on mac instead of iphone? Any help typed here would be greatly appreciated. (I was lost from the beginning of your short, trying to find the area you were speaking of.) Thank you
@bohospiritlife Yep! Only 60 seconds! I crammed as much as I could into this one LOL 1. So when you click the share button a post and add to story, it will always show up in your bio picture area first. That's where Stories go for 24 hours. Adding them to a Highlight is what makes them visible to the public after that 24 hours is up! 2. To add more content to existing highlights, it depends. If you have never shared it as a Story, you have to do that first. Highlights are collections of Stories. If you have shared it as a Story (and it's within that first 24 hours), then you view your Story and click that Highlight button on the bottom right of the Story page, then you can choose which Highlight to add it to. If you have shared it as a Story before, but it's after the first 24 hours, that's when you click straight into the Highlight from your profile view. once you are looking at the Highlight, you will click on that three dot menu on the far right (it says More) and then click to edit Highlight. From there, it will take you to a grid of the images already in that Highlight. To add an older Story, you'll click on the Stories tab and then you just select the one(s) you want to add! 3. I use Android rather that Apple, but they work the same. I find it easier to do from my phone, but you can do it from the computer as well. It works basically the same way. Hope that's more helpful!
I am confused, on IG verbiage…😮 .. 😢 1- is a ‘story’ a post ? 2- I see click to edit highlight, but I don’t have ‘stories(?)’ . The edit highlight button only allows me to change the cover picture… -How do I get ‘stories’ (posts?) into the stories tab to use later? Do I physically have to ‘tag’ -(not sure what you call it?) a story for it to appear in a story tab in highlights- to use later? My story tab is empty even though I have posts. Thanks again for helping me! Trying to ‘get with the program’ ! I did not grow up with computers! 😊 Note: i worked for 6 hours last night 😮😂 and I got 2 highlights. @bohospiritlife so trying to add to the highlights over time. (Withiut having to start over so many times.. 😂)
So after 24 hrs the highlights in my bio picture go away? Does everyone see the highlights in my bio picture. Trying to grasp the process! 😊 (its only been 12 hrs since i made a highlight!)
I agree, let go of the good for the truly great! It’s so easy to settle, but when we focus on what matters most with intention, that’s when real growth happens. Thanks for this valuable reminder to be brave enough to make those tough choices and prioritize our energy where it counts!
Well said! This is a reminder for myself as much as anyone!! Is there a particular situation you can think of in your business where you decided to stay focused on your priorities? How did it work out?
Does this automation change anything about the card, other than the due date? I am looking to use the same card, and just move the due date forward each week. Is there a way to set up all cards on board do this, at one time, or will I need to do this for each individual card?
This simply pushes the due date forward each week. This version is triggered by the card being marked complete, but if you want them to auto reset even if you don't mark it complete (or do the task, for that matter! Haha), then you would create a Due Date automation rather than a Rule. Trigger it based on the moment a card is due. That way, they will all reset themselves automatically.
THIS is exactly what I have been trying to figure out! I'm trying to simplify batch content creation, but it has been clunky. Game changer, my friend. Total game changer! Thank you!!
I've been getting tons of emails, notifications and "super important stuff" on a daily basis, and most of the time I learn close to nothing... Why don't they tell us THIS instead of millions totally unimportant ones??? My life is so much better now. Thank you!
Trello is, essentially, a productivity tool. Used for business or personal tasks, it helps you stay on top of everything you need to get done and can also take care of some things for you.
I don’t use that many power ups so guessing there is a lot to explore. My fav right now is the calendar one but sure that will change when I explore more!
