I love how half of this video is filled with Mon Mothma scenes in Andor. Truly a justification of why this random Senator is the most important person in the Rebellion, because now we know she's the one who funded it. For all of this time (until Andor), we know the importance of Padmé because of her connection with Palpatine and Anakin Skywalker. Also Bail Organa as the one who raised Leia Organa and a royalty figure. Mon Mothma deserves all the peace she needs after went through all of the struggles from losing the democracy to bringing it back.
Something I always found weird is that the Separatists were inspired to leave the Republic, when Naboo resisted the Trade Federation. So why the heck did the Separatists even allow the federation to join them? :/
Gungi happens to be one of my favorite wookiees in Star Wars since I watched the Clone Wars all the way through 1-7 season. I really like Gungi's lightsaber, too. And I'm glad he survived Order 66 and made an appearance in Bad Batch.
Do you know what I really thought when I was watching the Mandalorian series is what I never figured that I would see zeb in this series and the voice and the animation of the character is spot on Makes me wonder is there going to be a season four of Mandalorian?
How old was the senator ? Also, I liked her. She was a good person. That's a special trait, particularly since she's a senator. People with power have difficulty keeping themselves good. I would know. In videogames, I am what I call myself a "zealot kind of player". I have power, and I see it as both my right and duty to reshape the world in the game I play.
I like Caroline Blakiston who played in EP6. Her short lines are full of kindness, and I think she does a great job playing the role of a dignified leader. I was shocked when I saw Admiral Ackbar for the first time, but Caroline Blakiston's presence is also amazing. Currently 91 years old!
Think about what that woman went through and saw... the death of the Republic and rise of the Empire and then it's fall as well, the Clone Wars, the Galactic Civil War and Rebellion, the loss of Padme, the loss of Bail, the loss of the Jedi Order and then it's re emergence. One of the things I like lease about the Sequels is how it throws away the sacrifice of Anakin but when I think about it also throws away the sacrifice of Padme, Bail, Yoda, Obi Wan and of course Mon Mothma. It makes everything from TPM to the Mandoverse seem so utterly pointless and futile. That may be how real life works but it's not what I want in space fantasy entertainment.
@@koalabrownieshe’s not a character needed for big scenes in Ahsoka because Ahsoka is about jedi and the force and Andor is about the politics of the galaxy so of course she’s not as important for Ahsoka
Well-done compilation of this; useful for research and fun to watch. I have no idea why your index did not work. Could you try adding the word "Timestamps" above the index in the comments. YT should have auto index this video for you. Best regards, Tony.
I appreciate that even though the Jedi serve the Senate, Obi-Wan was trying to get Chuchi to finally use her voice and find her strength. It seems like he was teaching her to use her voice.
I like how the new cannon treated Pantora over legends, in the old legends Chuchi was ousted from the senate, papanoida's daughter took over and promptly signed the declaration of 2k, leading to the empire full on expelling Pantora from the empire. This was even worse than an occupation as Pantora needed the trade, cue famine and people turning to crime to survive.
No matter of I'm 14 or 28, I still find the Chairman to be such an annoying and arrogant asshole. He acts like an extra in a horror movie with his lack of self awareness.
Ok I understand she’s an alien and all that but she looks exactly the same before Leia was born and long after leia reached adulthood. Anti-aging technology in chandrilan is really a thing of wonder!
Mon Mothma is one of the characters Disney had the guts to have the new actress continue to play the role during the events a few years after Return of the Jedi. They need to cast new actors for Luke, Leia, and Han. I don't care about the appearances, it's the characters' spirits that matter.
@@emilianomartorell3587 No, it's just that Disney and Lucasfilm finally had the guts to continue having Genevieve O'Reilly play Mon Mothma following the events of Return of the Jedi, even though Caroline Blakiston played the older version of Mon Mothma. No CGI or deep fakes for Caroline Blakiston.
