This channel focuses on creating gaming content including reviews, retrospectives, opinions, and lore discussions.
I created this channel to make content for "Star Wars: The Old Republic" starting from the launch of the game in 2011 (Yes, I'm one of the only veteran players that still plays this game). In 2020, I started creating content for the DOOM franchise which is where I experienced most of my success thus far.
Now, my videos cover games both old and new, delving into their strengths, weaknesses, and everything in between.
I am a "Patient Gamer" which means I play games years after their release. This allows me to enjoy & review games without being affected by other's opinions and predispositions.
Make sure to SUBSCRIBE to the channel if you like the content I create and leave a comment on my video letting me know what else you want to see from this channel.
I loved all those dark forces and jedi knight games. But today's Jedi fallen order and jedi survivor are absolute masterpieces 🤗 Huge and captivating with best graphics. jedi survivor is probably the best looking game I've ever played
I think if the platforming didn't lean so hard into a Mario-esque look, it wouldn't have stuck out like such a sore thumb. I don't mind the jumping mechanics themselves, but seeing rotating fire bars really does make the game feel like Super Doom Bros. I appreciate the devs trying something new though especially with today's tech.
Fixed camera angles are the best especially for horror games. Look how amazing the classic resident evil games are compared to the horribly trash demakes that come out more recently.
Finally got around to playing this one. Mutated Odur was the skill check for me and the most fun boss. Took me the longest at about 30 minutes to down him. After learning him, the rest weren't too bad at all. Even Urd, which was really just a parry fest.
When I was young I was stuck on tge Nar Shadaa mission for months even stopped playing for a while. Eventually I found a written guide and progressed. 😅
5:00 but i never brought active geth to the fleet just bits and pieces... its a weird line if you decide to bring Legion with you on Tali's loyalty mission. like, oh yeah, besides this one, 2 feet behind me...
I was looking up how this went down since I was considering it for my knight. I found it funny that this knight was also a Mirialan like my own. Now, I'm definitely going to do it lol.
You really mentioned something there: unneccessary grind! I think it is because in theearly 2000s they measured how many units were sold. Now a days they also measure how many minutes you spend inside the game (as all games require a connection to the internet) so they can tell the executes "Look how many active players we have!" I miss the simpler times!
My lord at 7:21, HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT ID SOFTWARE ARE NOT HIRED BY MICROSOFT TO MAKE HALO GAMES INSTEAD OF 343 INDUSTRIES?!?! They do the Flood more justice than the current Halo developer in ten years, with a single skin in Doom Eternal!
Timeless games indeed. I replayed Jedi outcast not long ago and didn't know that jedi academy had all these mod made for it. Thanks for the links you left
So quick question I’m aware there’s a few conversations involved before Samara’s loyalty mission activates, the thing is I kinda recruited her a little late into the game, like only a few missions away before I need to do Reaper IFF late so am I gonna have to abandon her loyalty mission?
The biggest sin was not allowing quick save. It was so frustrating having to start over and over because you couldn't do a jump puzzle. A lot of us spent hours just trying to get past each platforming puzzle. I still watch playthroughs were players have no difficulty with jumps that took me hours to get past.
14:14 this is the thoughest decision to my toon, she wants to strike down the empire and win the war, do whtas nessesary, but she cannot allow to abbandon people to the imperials...
it does once you realize they added it in to cheap on actual vertical level design who needs proper level building when you can add a climbing mechanic?
