For being that much money it's certainly furnished with the cheapest crap they could find. The finishing looks like your average apartment anyone can find. I'd be embarassed to spend that much money on mediocrity. I'm convinced these types of places are used to launder money.
there was never a chance that this property was worth anywhere near 100mil.. let alone the ridiculous 175million..that massive bel air 105k sq ft monstrosity 'only' fetched 140mil... and it absolutely craps on this place.. except for the ocean access

It's flash, I'd love to stay awhile but if it was mind I wouldn't want to live there I'd want to sell it and buy something more livable, usable, with more personality and chracter. It just doesn't seem homely or warm at all.
