There are middlemen who will take advantage of you. You must be careful and not pay over the odds for your HGV licence. We hope you find something here that will be of use to you.

I recently did a Adr course , service at Ep was first class and I have no reason to believe that the rest of their courses won’t be the same. For info why can’t I get the Transit A series out of my mind ??
Not to do with driving but once I forklifted something off a HGV and the forks on the way down just barely hit one of those side lights and the driver was pissed... Anyway 9 years later I'm trying to get trained so thank you for this!
I get the argument about going straight to C+E but what if like me you want to do the C+E but when you have gained it will then do a few years in C to gain the experience then move up to C=E without having to then go through another course and tests? Surely I will be saving money as well by doing it that way instead of paying for two lots (C/C+E)?
Yes agreed it does make sense however many are not capable of obtaining the class 1. As you know it’s really hard amd you rid well to pass it. It’s what works for each person
I am looking into hgv training, I literally have no clue in what was what in order to get my licence etc! thanks for clearing it all up and if I wasn't so far up north I would of been booking with you with no issues after your advice!!
Great bunch of people over at ep training I did my class 2 with them / cpc training / hiab course they were top notch all the way through … wouldn’t recommend any one else New kit looks great Sean 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Hi E.p I already done my medical and received my provisional licence. The question is at the Hgv Practical test are you required to read a number plate or is it straight onto the tell me show me questions?
Thanks is this because you have already done your medical and have been issued provisional licence? How certain are you that you don't need to read number plate before Hgv test ?
@@BABZ786 after 25 years running a HGV training school you can rely on me when it comes to this information. Anyway you have already passed an eye test at the provisional application stage. And that test is harder than reading a number plate.
Hi do you have to read a number plate before the Hgv Practical test or do you start off with the Tell me show me questions? I saw this on Google This only applies to cars and motorbikes. Vocational tests rely on the medical report, so NO eyesight test is involved at the time of the driving test for trucks and buses. NVDIR APPROVED TRAINING CENTRE. FIRST ACCREDITED BY DVSA 2008.is this
Hi. Yes you have to do the eye test with the doctor at the medical stage. You will also have tell me show me questions before the driving test. Please use a good local training company. Visit your local HGV test centre and see who is genuine and not a dodgy broker

Your medical for eye test if doctor thinks your vision is not good do they send you to your opticians to get your vision tested and prescription updated then go back for your medical? The dvla don't revoke your car licence just bcas you didn't meet eye test requirement?
