How could you install two tone arm for this turnable ? The original one has just only one arm base. I am going to pick and used TD160B with SME 3009 and really curious on this two arms option.
C'était ma première platine. Normes Din 45500 à l'époque. Totale Nostalgie. Je n'aurais jamais dû la vendre... Tout ça à cause des Cd qui inondés le marché...
grande amplificatore ,ne ho due il 460 a e questo, per il mio gusto l ho preferito ad ampli moderno, l advance acoustic xi 120....non c e paragone ,suono caldo ed il basso viene fuori alla grande...scena perfetta anche con ,e soprattutto, i file liquidi...
This is an excellent little amp from taiwan. Better than NAD 3020 & a Rotel 870 pre/power i had in the 80s. Very powerful for a 20wpc & very clean dynamics.
thorens use to be without a doubt the best turntables as working for years without giving problems and normally had a good cartridge and the sound would be incredible good , i personally have a 60´s professional thorens turntable that i bought in 1970 from a radio station with lot´s of hours of works being bought to be in a radio station i started in 1970 and for two years it worked day and night and today still works perfect. In the 90´s when buying a new system bought a new thorens turntable in 96 being the TD2001 ,but the TD160 is the most sold model and it as lots of decades in stores and always a good turntable with ,minimal changes, normally the quality of building materials that didn´t decreased a lot like in most of the brand in the 80´s, the cartridge i have it in a Pioneer turntable from 79 ,the PL-518(if memory doesn´t fail me) and it reads wella ll type of records as in more time of music or less makin`them grooves be more close to each other or apart
I have a Pioneer SX 525, I bought it used 40 years ago, it works perfectly and its sound is a delight, the only fault it has is a small burnt light bulb on the right side of the dial but I don't really care, I still use it with frequently and I treat him like a pretty boy.
