girl 1 kg is nothing, I fluctuate more than that daily lol. As long as your lifestyle is healthy and fulfils you and is balanced that's all that matters xx

Hey Ella, may I ask how do you determine how much protein carbs and fats each meal should have across a day? I find it a struggle knowing what/ or how much to portion, especially carbs xx

Chuncky tatoes on 400 for 20 minutes seasoned with salt and paprika powder accompanied with some olive oil (or whatever you like) Flattened/butterflied chicken breast -sauce: roughly 1 teaspoon of everything Worcestershire Honey Mustard Paprika powder - not shown on camera but if you want it a little creamier and with some more protein you can add some yoghurt/skyrr with some lemon juice and it'll be bombing (not exactly like the video, but hey, we're hungry)
Just watched this & I just have to say its understandable both you & your boyfriend went tbrough some terrible things. With your boyfriend losing his mother & you being very supportive of him you really shouldn't worry about what any one says. I pray that God continues to guide you both & help with easing the pain.
