Hold the button randomly : 3 secs, 5s, 10s... one of the random attempts suddenly works (and usualy ain't the 10s one)

Mine does not reset at all. Not even a light blinks when I hold that button down for 10+ seconds. I've tried connecting to laptop via Ethernet, and same thing. Not discoverable on my Wifi list, and will not factory reset. What a pain in the arse.....returns are no fun. Please help!

I read thru the instructions!!! which are very vague, these people ASSUME that everybody in the world knows everything about how to program everything. I do not. I have not found the place that is shown in the product instructions. i have watched several On-Line instruction Videos and they are all the same, VAGUE and cannot find a way to hook up to WIFI with this device. Im going to return it for my $60.00 refund. And purchase a different one that I can figure out!
