Where have all the wonderful English eccentric comedic talents like Viv Stanshall gone? There are no young 21st century equivalents. No Peter Cooks, Willy Russells, Dudley Moores, Tim Brooke Taylors or Graham Chapmans. No new Kenneth Williams, John Cleese, Peter Sellers, Terry Jones or Spike Milligan.
