My Drive rollator is now extremely difficult to unfold (on the rhs) and today it took half an hour and I'm afraid it might not open at all next time. One side of it simply gets stuck in the closed position, and it's not even a year old yet. I can't find anything online about what to do about it. Can someone help, please?

Why do you hide people actually using the scooters ... what are they like in a park? How about traveling downtown? Shopping in stores? Do buses allow them? none of this is shared... Who comes to your help if the scooter just stops? What are you hiding?????
