My Drive rollator is now extremely difficult to unfold (on the rhs) and today it took half an hour and I'm afraid it might not open at all next time. One side of it simply gets stuck in the closed position, and it's not even a year old yet. I can't find anything online about what to do about it. Can someone help, please?

Can uou change the tyres on this for.pneumatic ones, so better on sand or walking trails?
