Mi almost got in a fight with 3 other dudes. They were just walking towards me and i was just backing away from them. Then one of them pushed me and i did a back roll and within 1 second i was on my feet again. They stopped walking towards me and i stopped backing up. Then they just left lol
Thanks this tips are failrly useful, but pls use mic 🎤 🎙️ while recording a video, Becoz the audio is not audible , sufficient even at indoor rooms. You tubers mic is popular now. Pls buy that and fix it in your shirt collar for good voice clarity while excercise being recording. I hope you understand. Thanks

I just had an adjustment, and I didn't want the ribs to pop right out again. The scap retractor rotation with the hand behind my head did a fantastic job of firming things up, and providing more stability. I'll be repeating it often, since it's easy, and low impact. Thanks so much for posting this tutorial!
if you want to clear your nose fast go to your local pharmacy and buy a vicks sinex micromist nasal spray they are only like £3.50 blow out your nose and then put 2 quirts in each nose (if you want more thats fine) keep repaeating slowly putting spray in your nose then blowing it all out eventually it will clear out and then once it does put the spray in one more time to make sure it doesnt get blocked anymore

Close buddy, its bacteria that eats us mainly, and insects, no plant is carnivorous 😅 yes even flytraps take advantage of this process. Plants absorb decomposed matter, well all the things that are usefull to them, like potassium phosphorus etc. Keep at it 🤙
