I was *thrilled* to get a notification for a High Peak Autos video… only to be treated to a dazzling sales pitch straight out of the JML playbook. And the best part? Tiffany and Grant together really was iconic their whole dynamic was toxic and messed up but there was just something about these two, they had so much chemistry.
Why? after epsode 300 can I not access any more. Some episodes were missing before that but they seem to be all gone now. Tried everything to access them but they do not have a full episode list like Neighbours.has.
Great memories when kids had to be in by 4pm for their tea, then settled down all cosey with mum and dad and brother to watch this, those were the days, pity the knew age kids don’t get to see this these days, good comedy too 😊
When radio was real, local and didn't belong to Bauer or Global. I have lots of memories of listening to Dave on a Saturday morning. RIP The Ageing Groover.
Personally, I think Coronation Street has reached the end of the line now. It's a crap watching. I stopped watching best part of 12 years ago, it was going bad then. I tried watching a episode just a few weeks ago. ( WOW ) Now I can't see a point in it being on TV. The actors are shit & so is most of the story lines. It will never see another 10 years, possibly ending long before then..
I can't believe they criticised the simple top she's wearing, then criticised her for having a rash! I vaguely remember this show, but it comes across as terribly outdated now in its values. She said she sleeps when she finishes work - what's wrong with that? It's honest. I remember another episode where they made a young, shy woman randomly start talking to men in the magazine aisle of WH Smith. It was excruciating to watch, and you could see she was traumatised. It was so unnecessary. I'm glad there is internet dating nowadays and no one has to rely on dating agencies or these types of obnoxious, self-proclaimed experts to meet someone.
Let’s be honest, Bet was the shows leading lady during the 70s, 80s & early 90s, and she was great! It’s a rather fitting exit, after all the years being a good friend to all her peers and being a mother to Vickie, she was let down by them all one by one, yet she still had a smile on her face, and decided there and then to make a new life for herself, glad she forgave Vickie though later on though
Underneath it all Bet was so angry because she felt betrayed by the people she helped and done for over the years and the reward she only gained from it was losing the place that was her name and pride which is an absolute humilation.
Ah, I remember this show. I wish it would come back. I need their help! It was actually quite moving watching the people taking part grow in confidence. The one that I remember the most is the guy who carried around a stuffed mouse.
I loved the show and wished it would come back but never did. Just being reminded of this show, makes me realise how long ago this episode was broadcast. I was young, free and single IN 2001 now I'm old, free and single LOL.
