Full Recipe Video link is above the Shorts Title under the channel's name ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฅ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐ง๐ฆ FOR DOUGH 1 Cup | 115g Milk powder (measure in gms recommended) 1/2 Tsp Baking powder 2 Tbsp All Purpose Flour/Maida 1/4 Cup | 62g plus 1 Tbsp Full fat Milk, room temp 1 Tbsp Ghee 3 Cups of Ghee or Oil to Fry (I used 2 Cups Ghee and 1 Cup Oil) FOR SUGAR SYRUP 2 Cups | 400g Sugar 2 Cups Water 3 Cardamom pods, crushed 8-9 Saffron strands, broken Few drops of Rose water essence ๐ ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ 1. For best results, weigh the milk powder. We do tend to put more or less in our measuring cup and so the texture gets affected. I weighed the milk too 62g plus i added a Tablespoon more to the Cup. I didn't have to add any extra milk. 2. Sift together the Milk powder, All purpose flour and baking powder. Sifting really helps to make smooth crack free balls. Do not skip. After Sifting, mix it thoroughly so that the baking powder can get distributed evenly. 3. Mix the Milk. Add all at once and mix with a spoon or a spatula. Do not knead with fingers. It should be a Sticky dough. Cover airtight and Allow to rest 10-15 mins. 4. After 15 Mins, Add ghee. Mix well. Make smooth balls by greasing your hands with ghee or oil. I used a measuring Tablespoon to scoop out equal quantities. Makes around 10-11 balls. Cover with a kitchen towel to avoid them drying out. 5. Fry them immediately in hot oil or ghee on Low Heat till Golden brown. After frying, Drop them in the warm sugar syrup. Soak overnight or atleast 5-6 hrs. 6. For Sugar Syrup, Mix Sugar and Water in a pot. Heat it till the Sugar dissolves and bring to a boil. Once boils, add cardamom pods and saffron strands. Simmer it on low heat for another 5-6 mins. Do not wait for any strong consistency to form. Add the rose water essence at the end and keep covered in a warm place.

I just thought if u needed more help heres the recipe haaal recipes saadiyah Khan creamy milk tart , for base u need, 1 egg and pinch salt and 125 ml sugar and 65g butter and 2 cup flour and 2 tsp baking powder an milk filling u need , 4 cup milk and 60g butter and 2 an half tsp cornflour and pinch salt and cinnamon sticks and 1 cup sugar and 2 an half tablespoon flour and 3 egg an 1 tsp vinalla essence, cream butter and sugar etc etc and make dough an bake ( bake time isn't stated in this recipe) & then prepare milk filling an pour on your base an dust with cinnamon powder and place in fridge to set
For base you need to bake it in the oven like cake, for the filling you need to cook on the gas stove till the mixture thickens and then pour the filling on top of the baked base, keep it refrigerated to set it like a cheesecake
No if you bake the heat will further melt it, you can try to take the filling out from the tin and add more cornflour slurry in the mixture once it comes to room temperature. Then cook on low heat till Thickens and set again in fridge.

I tried too many recipes and this was one of the BEST. It turned out sooo delicious, very soft and market-style moist. The ingredients are so easy to remember. My family loved the cake and wants me to make often now. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe.
It's difficult to be accurate but I guess you can reduce 2-3 Tbsp of the Flour and other ingredients like Milk, Butter and Sugar. Even Dry fruits reduce by 2-3 Tbsp from what's mentioned in the recipe. Also reduce baking powder and soda by a small pinch
The Full Recipe Video link is above the Shorts Title ๐ INGREDIENTS For Chicken 2 small | 300g Chicken Breasts fillets 1 Tsp Salt 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 1 Tsp Garlic powder 1 Tsp Onion powder 1 Tsp Olive oil to pan fry 1 Tbsp Butter to pan fry For Mushroom Sauce 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter 1/2 Cup Onions, finely chopped 250g Button Mushrooms, thickly sliced 2 Tsp Minced Garlic 1 tsp Lemon Juice Salt to taste 1 Cup Chicken Stock 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream 2-3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated 1/4 Tsp Oregano & Thyme Black Pepper METHOD 1. Take 2 Chicken breast fillets and slice in the middle to split each into two halves. Apply Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Onion powder on both sides. Rub it well. 2. Pan Fry the fillets in Butter and Olive oil till golden brown on first side for 5 mins. Then flip over and cook the other side for 7-8 mins or till cooked through. Keep them aside. 3. In same pan, add some more butter and saute chopped onions till translucent for a minute. Then add thickly sliced mushrooms. Saute till golden brown on both sides. 4. Add minced garlic and saute for 30 secs on low heat. Add Lemon juice or plain vinegar. Add salt and Chicken Stock. Let it simmer for 6-7 mins on low heat. 5. Add the Heavy Cream on Low Heat. Let it simmer for 5 mins. Add grated Parmesan Cheese, dried Oregano and Thyme and Black Pepper. 6. Add the Fried Chicken Fillets into the sauce and garnish with chopped Parsley and Spring onions.
