I just got back from Italy and the whole time I realized I packed so wrong, too. Very good video! I will never bring a backpack without wheels or any bag without wheels. Never! I agree- I will carry it when needed but wheels are a must. My shoulders and back were dying. I contemplated throwing everything away many times.

Hi fellow RU-vidr and runner! I don't know if you experienced mold in your water bladder. 🤢 But, it frequently happens with placing sports drinks in the bladder; not so much with water. I find that washing the bladder with hot water mixed with about two tsp of bleach, helps avoid mold growth! Running is so GREAT for fitness! I'm 56 y.o., been running marathons since 96' and, STILL going strong! 💪🏽😁🏃🏽‍♂️Happy trails to you.👋🏽👨🏽‍⚕️
