Have you tried a compression knee sleeve? I had knee issues about a month ago. Took a week off, wore a compression sleeve when running and sleeping. Worked on hip mobility and im back in business. I dont wear the compression sleeve anymore.

Going gluten-free (lowers inflammation) got rid of my knee pain and it never came back! I’m also a runner 🫶🏻

Hi Brianna! Please consider going to a running store and getting fitted by a professional. Some places, like Fleet Feet, can do an analysis of your feet and how you run and recommend the best shoes for your feet.

You should get fitted for the proper sneaker at a gait running store . Running socks with cushions.

Maybe look into gels and ointments for your knee/feet pain. Or maybe a deep tissue massage. Hope you find something that works best for you. Wish you well on your runs leading up to the marathon. Good luck!

hokas have a very high arch support, lots of people have the same problem as you when they try hokas
