I wish I could have met Liz Sladen at cons I sadly never did, meet Liz and she was an awesome character as Sarah Jane and Sarah Jane was my alltime favourite female companions and she was more outspoken than Jo Grant and she when she went was still liked and popular and I missed her when she went. I also wished I was Sarah Jane, in billions of ways and she when she left was not killed off thankfully, and she got K-9 and Company and returned to Dr Who several times I was 7 years of age when she left classic Dr Who in 1976 and I knew I would miss her deeply.
These juxtapositions are just BONKERS in the NUT. …lol …I was hoping you were going to show Roger Delgado as the Master in Dr. Who in that episode where he sees the Clangers on tv and believes them to be real aliens, lol
I love terrahawks and all the kate kestral songs its great how their on youtube now but the sound quality is terrible! Wish they could bring a cd out with good sound of these songs

I always felt sorry for William in the opening titles as he was on the opposit side of the fountain to Alexandra when it was Stuart's turn to go to the front. Yet Stuart got to stand next to Alexandra when it was William's turn.
All I know is that it begins with "This is the voice of the Mysterons. We know that you can hear us, Earthmen." How do I know this? I have the series on DVD.
I bet Japanese viewers must have been surprised when they finally saw the English version.

There's something else I need to ask: If they ever get around to rebooting this series as a live-action movie, a la "Thunderbirds (2004)", who would they cast in it?
It's so nice to see commentary recognising that the original Galactica had strong female characters. Time and time again, you see reviewers saying the show was sexist in its treatment of women and (as a woman) I say, 'What? Were you watching the same show as me?' And it's not only among the younger women either; the only people who get the better of Adama are the three siresses we meet in various episodes. All strong women, who don't have to sacrifice any of their feminity in order to succeed as so often happens in later series (including the horrible reboot). On a similar note, I love how the show included two people of colour in prominent roles without once treating them or their characters as though they were in any way different from anyone else in the cast.

I always had to wonder if Zelda and her fellow Androids were related to Oscar the Grouch; they had a similarly-warped sense of what was beautiful and what was ugly.
