I stayed up there in winter about ten years ago. Decent neighbourhood. Plenty of people willing to engage with a traveler. Found some decent places to eat. Namdaemun was terrifc. Seoul was well worth the visit.

You can use T-money when going from the city to the airport or taking the airport bus. However, when going from the airport to the city, you must purchase an airport bus ticket. I haven't looked into why the system is like this, but I don't understand.😓
Maybe this city is just a small city, that's why it's so quiet and beautiful, no traces of hecticness from the residents, although I can only see old people on the street!
