Of course, every visitor should experience a lived-in Hanok Village, as well as the ones with museum status were the every day life of Koreans is explained. A tip for visitors, come hungry and nosy, look in those court-yards, follow your nose and you will end up enjoying Korean food at it's finest - unforgettable, your tastebuds are also in need of having a holiday! We were there March to April 2023, want to point out that there is a lot more to see and do within a radius of 3 to 4 kilometers, two palaces, a caustic sounds museum, walking streets with tea & coffee shops, restaurants - some are Korean BBQ places and how about dressing up for a day to ware the old traditional outfits. Wearing those comes with benefits, like discounts and freebies!
That's right. However, it is open nightly in spring and fall. To enter Gyeongbokgung Palace, which is open at night, you must purchase another ticket.😀
