I heard that if someone leave a unbill paid at your new addrees, you have to pay it, and they will reimburse you. But why is it like that? In America we don't have to pay someone's unpaId bill to get our electricity on.
This is the first time I’m hearing of this. Only if you agree to this with your landlord/ agent and that’s why it’s important to take meter reads so you can pay for what you actually use.
I think it would depend on your needs and what you want from where you’ll be staying. Staying in school for that close proximity for sure but so many other factors

I pay using direct debit and have sooo much credit yet they keep taking from my direct debit.i called them and was told ill be charged from my credit and must not cancel my direct debit.however i got an email that they will deduct from direct debit again.what can i do?should they refund me and revise my direct debit or what?im abit confused coz im quiet new to this
