I hope I'm not misunderstanding you but if you have a visa to visit a country it's only valid for the country that issued it. It does not give you the right to cross other borders.

@@MENSA.lady2 nope, some countries visa allows you to travel to other countries visa free. Countries like the UK, US and Canada.

@@gbemsseries 50+ years travelling to over 70 countries and this is new to me. Please explain how it works. For example can a Nigerian with a valid visa to the UK use it to travel to the USA. No way.

@@MENSA.lady2 I think you have it mixed up. What I’m saying is, if you hold a UK visiting visa or a residency, you can use that visa to visit countries like Gibraltar, Albania, Montenegro and the likes. If you hold a US visa, there are some countries in South America that you can visit and both case study is as a Nigerian. If one person has UK, US and Canadian visiting visa, so many countries that they can visit. However, you can’t use a UK visit visa to go to America or Canada, I hope this explains it now.

I am not wrong because I’ve been to those countries visa free and some visa on arrival. Hi, the last I checked with that you will get visa on arrival for a token but then again immigration law changes every now and then so I’d urge you to please confirm before making any plans 🙏🏾
