Thank you this was a breath of fresh air I have boys myself I also home school and totally feel this especially because I also took care of my father for years up. Until his recent passing just recently and it’s been a tuff year and let me tell you our house definitely got disorganized with all that going on plus you got to count if Mom gets sick which I had many times last year at this time and it’s just a never ending battle but and I know it’s natural especially with children but society tries to pound it in your head as if life doesn’t happen sometimes well guess what life doesn’t have a pause button and we need to all be more understanding of each of our different situations I mean I wouldn’t allow a pile of 💩to be all over my home lol I do have standards 😅 but some disorganization being a busy Mother shouldn’t be frowned upon or maybe a person with no kids has there own reasons too really people need to mind there own buissness if they have nothing nice to say I say 😂 well that was my two cents thank you for this video it really made me smile breath of fresh air at a time I’m feeling overwhelmed I appreciate your very fun personality ❤️💕🥰

We never got to put our pool up this year. It just never felt warm enough to drag it out, its too big and takes a couple of days to fill. Hopefully next year! I like Autumn best, as long as its not continious rain 😂 x
We put it up and the kids went in it but it didn't feel like they went in it as much as last year because of the weather x I hope we don't have continuous rain either but it's not looking hopeful so far. They reckon farmers can't get their potatoes in because of the rain x from Victoria x
@@BellyBurly87 apparently the pumpkin harvests are struggling too. It's been so wet the slugs have been attacking them. This will be a good excuse for the prices on fruit & veg to go up! x

I only have my little four year old son but he makes enough mess 😂 I usually try and get what I can done in the mornings before we head out somewhere but I never worry if I can't do everything. Getting my little boy out into the woods is more important to me. Also I understand what you mean about other mums, some we just don't click and personally I've realised recently that the big group meet ups just isn't for us. Keeping it one to one is alot better. I agree with you, there is so much more to life than having a show home, I home educated my five too and the memories we made were far more meaningful.
Im the same, whenever i go to a castle or a National Trust house the first thing I look for is the kitchen. Me & Sian always look at the dining tables to see if they'd be big enough for our family. x

Hi Victoria you need a garden for your mental health happy parents = happy kids if you want to get a council house and you have a back yard you could turn it into a garden possibly my advice is don't rush anything for what it's worth

I wish I could chop onions. Dean has to do ours as they make my eyes so sore and runny. I can't even be in the same room as him when he's chopping them! x
hah I was chopping onions and filming a patreon video the other day and by the end my ever were streaming and my face was all screwed up while i was trying to talk, I've probably traumatised whoever watched it lolx

Sadly, the charity shops have become very greedy. They appear to be there just to make profit for the huge salaries paid to the Chief Executives. They were supposed to be there to help poorer people afford clothes! They have lost their way unfortunately.
I agree. Most of them are so greedy now, it's no wonder Vinted has taken off and that's a shame because it means less money for the actual good cause and so many people are struggling right now and could with charity shop bargains x
Thank you Victoria. Love your style and your ideas . We are similar semi structured. Relaxed. I like the planner idea of writing the planner afterwards. No stress that way. Also definitely love not copying the classroom at home . You have such a lovely age range. Your love of home educating shines through. Please can you show your resources and supplies you find useful and enjoy using. We get a lot second hand or from bargain shops . Hi Victoria! I really thought it would be easier for you to have your garden so near, and I am glad you are finding it to be so. This video made me lol 😆 a few times. You know I have six children, but the baby is now 16! I loved the days of the little ones… the squeals and the energy and fun. I love these days too, with my grown children! Nothing like. Pudge has acquired his young man voice! They do grow up so fast!! I hope to video this week… I have been buried in produce, which is a blessing, and it’s slowing down now, which is a blessing! I can’t believe it’s cold there. It’s going to be 96F (35c) this week. 🥵
It’s a good rant! I have never had to work for money, but I do it because I like working, and I like teaching my children to work and to earn their own money. I sell “bits and bobs” on Ebay, seeds on Etsy, and extra produce at market.
Heya lovely 😁 I make my own sauces for everything and both frezze and jar them. Cook off some onion and garlic , add a cheap carton of pasata and some basil. Tea spoon of sugar , salt pepper and leave to cook for 20 mins ISH. Blend up and is a very easy basic pizza base. I tend to add loads of veggies and drop of vinegar and use it for pizza , pasta , soup ect. Xx yaz
