I'm so happy Matpat is covering this! I think that this theory is a step in the right direction. Even if CC isn't Cassidy, then it still shows that we need to take a step back and tear down every bias we have and take a fresh look at all our evidence.
I would honestly think that the crying child’s name is, Jeremy. In Help Wanted 2 it says in one achievement remember Jeremy (when you type 1983). If your play as Bonnie bro you would have no connection to the Jeremy in Help wanted 1
My pet theory is that William and Henry are twins and Mike = Sammy. Mrs Afton was married to Henry first, then left him for William, probably after Charlotte's death.
I love the hours long YT vids bc I watch vids in the background or while I’m eating I never realized untin now how vids here are either a minute or 2 hours nowadays I feel like an iPad kid😭
38:06 My interpretation for Crying Child’s “remember what you saw”lines and fredbear stomach mouth was how his mind was interpreting a springlock failure given being William’s son and that we know more than once he be left in the spare suit part room at fnaf 4 location, it likely he has intentionally or not seen some form of springlock failure
i havent watched yet but im so hyped, ive been waiting ever since i saw it, im glad ash also liked their theory i think its worth a looking into, i wonder what mat will think.
I think we still haven seen the Moment William became the Villain, we seen what makes him break but when looking at who dies first, what event happen first it never makes sense, Crying Child saw something and "Psychic" friend Fredbear is haunted in those final lines, but Henry was the one who had wound first inflicted on him by William but as we see in FNAF HW2 Puppet may came after missing, at least after something happen where monitoring kids is needed. Nightmare and N-Fredbear have belly mouths so what if Elizabeth died first, but that means CB at the time was program to kidnap kids in 1983 and was around, maybe an older model was around but still why was William kidnapping kids before anything, was he always a kidnapper? Bombshell, we will find out that yes William was alway a kidnapper, but Charlie wasn't the first wound, the Idea of Henry having a second Child is out there but the question is why and where? Maybe there story haven been told and similar to the FNAF Movie William did kidnap kids outside of Freddy's, he had the Bunker built before Fredbear had his Family Diner, what if CC saw someone wearing the Fredbear suit scope up a kid and disappear, unknowingly catching his father bringing his first victim to his experiment bunker. Just a though as it harder to say any death we know is William first, we might be able to get an order but none were the first.
What if the reason the crying child is afraid of the robots is because he saw the original springlock accident that hurt his dad. To him it would of looked like a robot was eating him. This would explain his nightmares of the characters with stomach mouths. This might also explain the story in Into The Pit about a monstrous Springtrap trying to take the place of a father. It's symbolic of the kids fears of losing his dad to what he saw as a monster.
This video shattered so much of my perspectives on this franchise and I am so glad you picked it up because it is wild but in ways that make all the sense
As someone who was physically and emotionally abused as a child (this person still tries to emotionally abuse me), I have first-hand experience on much of what was discussed in that portion of the video...
I mean there's always a chance that with the crying child saw was a spring lock in and that's why afton's trying to remind him that the suits are dangerous
My thing with the bite of '83 is that it can't be a springlock failure due to the fact the animatronic is not in suit mode. The springlocks only fail when it's in suit mode, so the bite, in my opinion, is just a freak accident.
