Hey doc im in the UK so itll be tough for me to get a hold of you It would be great if you could leave some vids demonstrating the correct rocking sequences needed to heal the hips from over masturbation for free, those in the states would probably contact you and those who are not can still fix themselves How about it
I have had the nerve block ct guided, this had been mostly a cure until after exercise, it does still hurt. Is this stretch good before say a run or walk ? Or just do once a day and see if it helps?
So many Dr's have no clue on this. I'm a male and been suffering from pudendal neuralgia for 2 1/2 years now. All the Drs do is prescribe gabapentin and it don't help much in my case. I'm only 57 and it is killing my way of life. I think my issues started after I fell from a ladder on my tailbone . Thanks for your videos.
All this is all so weird. One minute I was normal, going about my life totally oblivious to my pelvis, next minute menopause hit & everything changed. I'm now only just beginning to understand what's going on. My Gynaecologist can't tell me why I'm in so much pain.
