The quickest tutorial I've ever seen

I am going to probably pay for the premium so I can have it link to my bank. But I have a question first. Am I forced to wait till a charge hits my bank and it goes through the app to take it out of my budget, or can I manually add the expense right away? If I do take it out right away while having my bank linked, will the app make me take it out of my budget again once it hits the every dollar app? Or will it recognize the amount, date, and where I bought it and tell the app, this one has already been logged?

Jade, thanks for the video. I have a question. I am new here and have just done the budget but this month my income has significantly reduced as my husband is out of work. I have a negative number but I have e the bills to be paid so I am trying to get side hustle and so on but what will I do if I can’t pay it all. Do I carry the negative number on my next budget? I am using the feee version for now.

I have been using this app for a few years now with some frustrations. Frequently the app shows 2 instances of the same transaction. So, from time to time I have to go thru and look at all of my categories for the double transactions and delete one of them. I have reached out to their tech support with no fix yet. I this is time consuming and adds uncertainty to budgeting in this software. Their tech support suggested manually entering my transactions, which defeats the purpose of the paid account. Hopefully they have a fix soon, I like the overall design, but their "back-end" programming seems to need work.
